Where a Pre-Booked Taxi Meets You at Terminal 1

Terminal 1 pre-arranged pickup is on the lower level in the center commercial lane, commonly identified as Lane 2. This is different from simply walking outside and waiting at any available curb.

A pre-booked airport ride follows the designated pre-arranged pickup process. Your driver cannot remain parked indefinitely outside the terminal while you are still walking from the gate or waiting for luggage.

That is why we recommend contacting dispatch after your luggage has been collected and you are ready to walk toward the pickup area.

Baggage Claim and Pickup Timing

One of the most common airport pickup mistakes is contacting the driver immediately when the aircraft lands.

Landing time is not the same as passenger-ready time. Your aircraft may still need to taxi to the gate, and you may need additional time to walk through Terminal 1 and collect checked luggage.

Flight tracking helps dispatch follow the arrival of your aircraft, but it cannot tell us exactly when your luggage will arrive on the carousel.

The easiest approach is to collect your luggage first and then contact dispatch when you are ready to walk outside.
